Aged 85 years
Dearly loved wife of the late Thomas Garrett. Much loved mother of Paula and partner Michael, Kim and partner Wayne, and Nigel. Loving grandmother to Stacy and Neil, Jack, Leah and Dylan, Amber and Adam. Great grandmother to Flynn. Also a loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are advised a private funeral took place as was Maureen's wishes.
Maureen's family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Mayfield Aged Care for their commitment and care of their mother.

It's been a year now since you've been gone Nan and there's not a day that goes by where you aren't in my thoughts. I wear your wedding band always and have never removed it since the day it was given to me at your funeral. I have so much to tell you and wish I could sit with you and talk just one more time, there was so many things I wanted to say before you left us. I know some day in the future we will get that chance again.
