1925-2013
Passed away peacefully on April 27th, 2013 at Metropolitan Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Florence Cloutier (2007). Loving father to Kathy Kemp. Cherished grandfather of Heather and Krystal Kemp and Peter Kemp. Will be sadly missed by his brother Bernard (Shirley). Dear brother-in-law to Alice Frank, Betty Baute, Frank and Rita Baute and Louise and Bill Brodie. Predeceased by his siblings Earl, Jack, Donald, Harry, Lil Larsh, Margaret Smith and Claire Marie Benoit. Bill was retired from Green Giant after many dedicated years and was a member of the R.C.L. In keeping with Bill's wishes a private family funeral will be held.
