McKee Conaway Munk

McKee Conaway Munk, 75; of HenryvilleFuneral services for McKee Conaway Munk, 75, of Henryville, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, at Henryville Community Church, with burial in Mount Lebanon Union Cemetery, Henryville. He died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009. He was born Jan. 9, 1934, and lived in Henryville all of his life. He worked an abundant amount of jobs ranging from the water company, a car salesman at Arbuckle in Scottsburg and Eddie Gilstrap Motors in Salem, co-worker and operator of Teenny's Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop, to the longest driving school bus operator for the West Clark Community Schools for 54 years. He was also an Indiana high school basketball official for 37 years and donated his time and service driving hundreds of Henryville High School athletes and coaches to athletic events, as he was an avid follower of Henryville athletics. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Christena "Teenny" Munk; daughter, Robin Hill; son, Jay Munk and his wife, Fran; grandchildren, Amanda Biesel and husband, Travis, Jared Hill and wife, Adrienne, Shallon Willen and husband, Michael, and Cody, Cory and Cady Munk, all of Henryville; and great-grandchild, Gracie, daughter of Amanda and Travis Biesel. Visitation at the church will be until 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Mt.
