MICHAEL JAMES
Unexpectedly, on Saturday, May 17, 2014, Michael James Brunner, age 28, of McCandless Twp. Beloved son of James and Janet (Howard) Brunner; brother of Kimberly Brunner of Franklin Park; nephew of Scott (Gail) Howard and Robert (Sheila) Brunner; also survived by many cousins. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7720 Perry Hwy. Funeral Service in Memorial Park Presbyterian Church on Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Western PA School for the Blind, 201 N. Bellefield Ave., Pgh., PA 15213 (wpsbc.com) or American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (aspca.org/donate). Mike was a 2003 graduate of North Allegheny High School, attended the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, and a 2007 graduate of the Universal Technical Institute, Philadelphia. He worked for Mercedes-Benz/ Pittsburgh as an automotive technician and most recently as an Independent Associate at Ignite/Stream Energy.

To the family and friends of Mike I am sorry to do this so late but I just found this. I was Mikes roommate at UTI when he lived in Phoenixville at eland downe. I came home one weekend and he was already moved in, we met and within five minutes we were already friends. I went to look him up today and found this. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. He was one of the best people I've ever known. I wish you all the best and again I am so very sorry
