Mike was the son of the late Dominica and her husband Francisco both born in Italy. Predeceased by his sister, Grace Mincieli, and survived by loving sister Anne DelGavio, Anthony Mincieli, and Patrick Mincieli. Mike was the proud owner of Mincieli Fine furniture of Parsippany, NJ and worked in the retail furniture industry. He worked many years for Imperatore Furniture, Gimbels, and Bograds. He had respect for fine furniture made in the United States. A high school graduate, he encouraged his family to go to college, a dream he could not attain due to financial times. He always emphasized going to school to his family and was proud of all of their accomplishments. He was a loving husband who solely cared for his wife, Eileen during her cancer treatment and stroke rehabilitations. He always dreamed of becoming a pilot, and loved vacationing at the ocean. He worked long retail hours and spent most of his free time with family and friends but he enjoyed taking photographs of his family, coin collecting, watching the Yankees and Westerns, reading the newspaper and history books, eating his Italian food, having an occasional O'Doul's and of course driving, (he was driving up to a few months ago, and always loved to take the "scenic" route). He was an amazing man and will be missed. Mike did not want a funeral or memorial service. He requested a direct cremation by the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey, NJ.
