Michael Stovall Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 20, 2025.
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Michael J. Stovall, who left us far too soon at the age of 33 on 6/5/2025. Michael was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Mike grew up in Centerville, OH. He resided most recently in Philadelphia, PA and was a cherished employee of Victory Bay Recovery Center in Laurel Springs, NJ, where he left a loving legacy among his coworkers and the clients under his care.

A pensive soul, Mike lived a life full of curiosity, passion, empathy and kindness. He possessed an adventurous spirit with a deep mind and thoughtful heart. Whether through a quiet conversation or a spontaneous act of generosity, Mike touched the lives of many. He carried a deep love of music and enjoyed sharing his discovery of new and local bands with his friends and family. A Philly's fan, baseball was another great love - a game he followed for years.

He is survived by his loving parents, Jane Minch Stovall and John; his sister, Lauren; his brother, Jake; and two adored nieces. His absence leaves an irreplaceable space in our lives, but his spirit, laughter, and gentle strength will remain with us always.

In lieu of flowers, Mike's family requests that a donation to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) be considered.
