It’s been a year and you’re still on my mind. Every holiday feels incomplete without the both us talking about life and wishing well. Year after year, we never missed a holiday and we always made sure that neither of us felt alone. You’ll always be in my heart.

I considered Michael a good friend when I was growing up and I didn't have many real friends. We hadn't talked in 25 years... Pat, I am so sorry for your loss. Michael and I bonded over basketball in small town that didn't offer much in the way of a future, but riding home from practice together was a bright spot. Pat, I don't have words, I am so sorry for your loss.

I used to work with Mike at IKEA. He would talk about his son with such love and fondness. My heart goes out to his family.

Friend and coworker. One of my all time favorite people. We had some great times together and still talked a couple of times a month.
Miss you.

Mike was a great person, fun to travel with, fun to be around, curious about the world, loved good beer, and was most of all a giving person. Mike was generous and kind, and would give you whatever he had. I will think about him every time i see a Mini Cooper on the road, he loved that car. For those of you who knew Mike, you knew is love of a good joke/prank. He caught me off guard more than a few times.

I will miss Mike, I don't think I could ever forget Mike, he added value to all who met him.

I was one of Mike's Canadian counterparts at IKEA for several years. I'll always remember his friendly voice and demeanor from our phone conversations. We got to meet a few times during work trips and he was always a fun positive person to hang out with. His jokes could always make the whole group laugh. My condolences to his family and friends.
