What a wonderful life!!! - signed - a former orthodontics patient :)

I was blessed to be one of Dr. Specks first patients. Starting at the age of almost 9 to about 17. He was the sweetest man. I also had the pleasure to babysit his children in the Belmont house.
I am so sorry to be so late in finding out about his passing. My sympathy to the whole family.

Dr. Speck was my orthodontist for 4 years. He was so kind to me. After every appt I would stand in front of the wall with pictures of all his patients that had their braces removed. He would see me and put his arm around my shoulder and promise me that some day my picture would be up there too.
What a wonderful person he was! You would think an 11-year old girl would hate going to the orthodontist, but he made an often difficult and painful experience tolerable and indeed pleasant.
God Bless!

Dr. Speck was my orthodontist from the time I was 7 years old until my 20's. I still remember the different colored chairs in the office. He was kind and gentle. He was a great role model!

Dr. Speck was my orthodontist in the 60s too. A great guy. He was always nice and someone I never forgot. May he rest in peace.

Dr. Speck--He was my orthodontist in the sixties too. Always remember how nice he was and how he took my transgressions-not wearing my headgear in good humor.
A wonderful man-may he rest in peace.

Dr Speck was my orthodontist in the 60's. I was a tough case which he presented as a case study to Tuft dental. He never stopped trying. Ironically I just got braces again in my 60's. A fun fact was my mother always called him Dr. Spock. She could not get Dr Speck. He laughed about it. He was a good guy. Sorry for your loss
