I met Nancy while working at Red Rocks Elementary school as the principal's secretary. We became friends and often got together outside of work to go hiking or go on short weekend trips.
After Nancy retired she invited my husband Don and I to come visit her vacation home in Scottsdale, Arizona. She knew that we were Colorado Rockies fans and we often visited during the team's spring training at Salt River Fields. Nancy was a great hostess and would show us around town, go with us to a game, or take us hiking in Pinnacle Peak park. She also took us to have lunch at the El Encanto Restaurant in Cave Creek.
We always had fun together and I will always be grateful for her friendship! I will miss her dearly!

Fancy Nancy!
I will miss you! Lots of wonderful memories we have had together over the past years. We travelled to Italy great times, golf games, card games, mtn time, and just late night talking. I will forever cherish our friendship and so happy that you were part of my life. Love you forever my dear friend

Nancy, I miss you, but I have so many great memories to remember our good times.
From staying at the Glenwood Lodge in the 1970s. It had small bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall with water flowing all over the floor.
I remember all the trips to the condo in Steamboat and the time the horse reared up with you on it-scary for you but funny for the rest of us!
Staying in New York after 9/11, and the Canadian cruise.
The southern road trip and so many more!
You will always be in my prayers.
Love,
Jean LeDuc

Nancy had a smile on her face when we were shopping. I'm gonna miss that smile, I'm gonna miss you my friend

My condolences to all the family. May your heart filled with heavenly comfort.
I know Nancy only for short time. She was kind and a loving person. RIP Nancy, no more pain.
