Naomi passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017. Naomi was a resident of West Virginia at the time of passing. Naomi was a graduate of Sissonville High School and West Virginia State College. Funeral service will held at 11:00am Saturday April 22, 2017 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, St. Albans with the Rev. Dr. Ed Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation will be from 9:30am until service time, Saturday at the church.
