Age 66, of Melrose, formerly of Chelsea, Feb. 21, 2003. Beloved wife of Paul D. Carlberg. Devoted mother of Donald J. Carlberg & his wife Jodi of Derry, NH, Dear sister of George W. Williams of Falmouth and the late Robert D. Williams and Mary Symonds. Dear sister in law of Barbara M. Williams of Everett, also lovingly survived by 10 nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted in the William R. Carafa & Son Home for Funerals, 389 Washington Ave., CHELSEA, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours on Monday only 4-8 p.m. Late member of the Board of Directors: Greater Boston Council of Girl Scouts & Hawthorne Council of Girl Scouts. Past Treasurer of the Melrose Youth Hockey and member of their Board of Directors. Member of the First Congregational Church, Chelsea & its Trustee Board. Retired Loan Operations Manager from Massbank in 2001 after a 25 yr. Banking Career. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Edna's memory to the First Congregational Church, 26 County Rd., Chelsea, MA 02150.
