Patricia Rumfola Obituary
Mrs. Rumfola was born May 27, 1944 in Clearfield, the daughter of James L. "Slim" and Levina M. (Kennedy) Flanagan.
She was a graduate of St. Francis High School.
Mrs. Rumfola had been employed with various businesses and currently worked for fifteen years at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, Clearfield.
She was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church of Clearfield.
Mrs. Rumfola was a member of the Clearfield Eagles and VFW Auxiliaries and an associate member of the SOI. She also volunteered and led many charity events, was an avid bowler and bingo player and enjoyed going to the casinos. Each year she held an Easter egg hunt at the Meathead Lodge where every child received a prize.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jack A. Rumfola whom she married March 17, 1967 in Linden, NJ, two children; Jack L. Rumfola and his wife Amy and Mary A. Rumfola all of Clearfield, five grandchildren; Rachel Rumfola D'Antonio and her husband Matthew, Ryan O'Connor and Jacob, Noah and Jonah Rumfola, three sisters; Margaret Bell of Clearfield, Carol Anderson and her husband Joel of Bainbridge, WA and Joan Domico and her husband Pat of Curwensville, numerous nieces and nephews and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Rosemary Hoy, five brothers; James, Sheridan "Bud", John "Dick", Leon and Terry Flanagan and a brother-in-law, Thomas D. Rumfola.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Clearfield with Father Brandon M. Kleckner as celebrant.
Friends will be received on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield from 4 to 6 and 7 to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9 to 10:00 AM.
The family suggests that contributions be made to Jack A. Rumfola, Clearfield, PA or the charity of the donor's choice.

Pat never changed from the time we played together as kids... kind-hearted and fun to be with. It was always a treat to see her over the years. She will be truly missed when we have our next St. Francis Class of '63 reunion. Love and prayers to all of her family.

So sorry to hear of Pat's passing she was a friend for over fifty years, I was just 4 yrs old when I met Pat at Kip's Roller Rink, my mom and dad, Pat and various other friends would skate together and my mom Carol, Pat and their friend Carolyn ran around together when they were younger. To the Rumfola family Pat will be sadly missed but will be in a much better place and someday we will all meet her again
