Condolences to the Cullen Family. I worked with him and found him intelligent and caring. Still so young to part with the family.

I would like to take the time to share with Paul's family how sad it was to hear of his passing. I am sure many of us at Wellspring will be sharing our sorrow and our stories of Paul. Paul was someone who you never knew what he was going to do next. My favorite is that here is this big New Yorker and there in his office was a shelf of stuff animals that made various noises. You would frequently wander into his office and he would happily demonstrate the many noises. He was a good man, with a big heart and a passion to work in this field. Our thoughts and prayers go out today and the days to come. Pat Kimball, Executive Director and the Wellspring Staff
