Many blessings on his family. I never met Phil but he was a good friend to my daughter and I felt like I knew him. He would ask about me and I would ask her about him. My prayers are with Phil and his loving family. Rest in Peace.

A wonderful man. A great many people will miss him. Those of us privileged enough to have known him, don't need a list of his qualities, we know what they were. May his memory live on with his family and friends and may his voice come to us at unexpected, contemplative moments.

Philip and I hung out in the neighborhood and played ball together when we were kids. We shared many good times. Everybody liked Philip and his winning personality. My sincere condolences to Philip's family. May God hold Philip in His arms.

I grew up with Philip at 79 Mulberry Street in Little Italy. He and his family lived on the third floor and mine and my cousin Vinny's had the fourth. As kids, we made a million memories in sports, in school, and in just hanging out in the building. We reconnected on Facebook and it has been a great joy to see the family photos that made his life so rich. I will miss my old friend but I know his memory will live on in his family. Thank you Philip for the happiness you brought to so many of us. My condolences to all who loved him.
