It is with great saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond Jerry Huot at the age of fifty-four years. A beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife Gloria; daughters; Desirae, Shantel, Danielle and son Matthew; father Simon (Greta); brothers; Donald (Robin), David and Richard; nieces; Ramona, Rhianon, Karis, Ellen and Valerie; nephews; Erik, Ken, Ryan and Raymond.
Raymond was born in Edmonton, and left to go to Mount Royal College in Calgary, where he met his loving wife Gloria Bjornson. They returned to the Edmonton area where Ray became a hard-working Sheet Metal Journeyman and became very proficient in his trade. Once their daughters were born, he proved to be the most loving, caring and giving father that anyone could be blessed with. He will be remembered with the fondest of memories from his laugh to his sense of humor and through the love of our Lord Jesus Christ will spend eternity with his predeceased mother Jenny; nephew Lucas; uncle Allan and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00 p.m. on November 10, 2011 at Parkland Funeral Services, 3502 - 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB with Pastor Gary McKellar officiating. In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of Raymond can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 10985 -124 Street, Edmonton, AB.
