Raymond Moquin Obituary

MOQUIN Raymond February 21st, 1936 - November 8th, 2008 Born in St. Joseph, Manitoba to parents Joe Moquin and Lea Moquin ( Brule), Ray passed away peacefully in his sleep after a lengthy and courageous battle at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 28 years, Joyce; his 3 sons Russell, Jeffrey ( Marina) and James (Kelli); his 3 step-children, Barbara (Fred), Steven (Tracey), and Laurie (Terry). As well he leaves a sister, Irene Colliou and 2 brothers, Armand Moquin and Florant Moquin of Manitoba. He leaves 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, as well nieces and nephews and many close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Shuswap Lions of which Ray was a member of the Heart House in Victoria, B.C. A Celebration of Life will be held November 30th, 2008 at Murrayville Hall (21667 48th Avenue, Langley) from 2 - 5 p.m.
