What a shock! Dick was an awesome neighbor and ready to help with anything we had question about, and that was a lot. Our thoughts and prayers are with Helen and the family. Phase 6 will miss Dick.

We are sorry to hear about Dick's death. Our sympathy, thoughts and prayers to Helen and family. We enjoyed Dick as a neighbor and friend at Sandy Pines. We still had a couple of water balloons with his name on them! Love, Scott & Marti DeVries

We are very sorry to hear of Dick's death and send our sympathy to Helen and the family. Dick had been such a blessing to so many people over the years, a really 'good guy' who was a wonderful neighbor and friend to those of us who knew him at Sandy Pines. He will be truly missed.
