Dear Mrs. Noecker

I will always remember Mr. Noecker in Drivers Ed. My boyfriend and I drove in the same car, and he always told us he is keeping on eye on us. He always said we made a good couple. I guess he was right we have been married for 23 years now. He will be sadly missed. Our prayers go out to you and your family.
