Robert Amiel Scheulen, 69, of Stephens City, passed away March 28, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Stephens City. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Stephens City.
Arrangements are being handled by Enders & Shirley Funeral Home, Stephens City.
