Robert Wysocki Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 3, 2014.
Robert was born on September 1, 1948 in Dallas, Texas to Anna and Johnny Wysocki and entered into eternal rest on August 3, 2014 at the age of 65. Robert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Robert liked watching his favorite TV shows and shopping with his wife. He enjoyed working in his home and yard. He liked hunting at the deer lease, fishing on Purtis Creek and Cedar Creek Lake. Robert loved watching the Dallas Cowboys and attended a Dallas Cowboys game just following his last Christmas. At the game, he was able to meet some of the retired players and wear a super bowl ring. Robert was a big Elvis fan and took his wife, Diane, to his last concert in Dallas. He was very proud of his water and waste water license for the state of Texas. Robert had a 24 year career at East Cedar Creek Fresh Water District, Eustace and Star Harbor Water Dept. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Eustace. Robert was a member of First Baptist of Eustace since 1990. Robert is preceded by his parents; late wife, Diana Lynn Mason; sister, Alice Patricia Wysocki; father-in- law, Charles Carruth; and nephew, John Francis Wysocki, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Diane Wysocki, of Eustace of nearly 37 years; five sons, Anthony Wysocki of Wichita Falls, Robert Wysocki of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jeremy Wysocki and fiancé Kristin Haun of Lone Tree, Colorado, Michael Wysocki and wife Ashley of Dallas, Joshua Wysocki and fiancé Kasey Hill of Eustace; and two daughters, Cheryl Persinger and husband Jerry of Evansville, Indiana and Meredith Waymire and husband Josh of Forney; eight grandchildren, Jerry Jr, Katharine, John, Madeline, Ava, David, Evelyn and Barrett; two brothers, John Francis Wysocki and wife Donna and Buddy Lee Wysocki; mother-in-law, Charlene Baty Carruth; and extended, family including aunts, uncles, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
