ROGER CROZIER Obituary

ROGER P. CROZIER, 82, died at home and went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009. He worked for Peter Eckrich & Sons for 38 years, retiring in 1985. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his loving companion, Betty Weiler of Fort Wayne; his sons (by his preceded wife, Jean Crozier), Jerry Crozier, David (Beverly) Crozier and Dan (Grace) Crozier, all of Fort Wayne; daughter, Janice (Darwin) Romey of Fort Wayne; brothers, Frederick "Gene" E. (Rosie) Crozier of Okeechobee, Fla. and Richard (Carol) Crozier of Palatine, Ill.; stepson, James (Mary) Weiler of Fort Wayne; stepdaughters, Sharon (Dave) Beatty and Susan (Tom) Schnitz, both of Fort Wayne; 19 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one stepdaughter; two sisters; and one brother. Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 E. Lincoln Highway, New Haven, with calling one hour prior. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home. Preferred memorials to New Haven United Methodist Church.
