ROGER TOLINE August 9, 2016. Age 87. Longtime Birmingham resident, member of First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham for over 50 years, proud U.S. Navy veteran, graduate of Northwestern University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, retired from Chrysler, a member of the Birmingham Senior Men's Club, and a volunteer at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital for 23 years. Beloved husband of Sally A. (nee Shepler) for 58 years. Dear father of Betsy Daniels and Peter Struck. Cherished grandfather of Allison, Brian, and Kevin Daniels, and Adam Struck. Memorial service Saturday, August 20 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 1669 W. Maple, Birmingham, 48009. Family suggests memorial tributes to the church. A.J. Desmond & Sons, 248-549-0500.
