Rose Dougal Obituary
Born on September 13, 1937, Rose dedicated her life to the care and well-being of others. She built a distinguished career as a nurse anesthetist at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where her expertise and compassion left an enduring impact on patients and colleagues alike. Her unwavering commitment to her profession was a hallmark of her life.
A proud Philadelphian, Rose's love for her hometown extended to her passionate support of the Philadelphia Eagles. She followed their games with enthusiasm and loyalty throughout her life. Beyond her professional and sporting interests, Rose had a deep affection for animals, particularly dogs and birds, which brought her immense joy over the years.
Rose is survived by her nieces Susan DeSilva, Rose Ward, and Ann Dougal; her nephew Alvin Dougal; two grand nieces; one grand nephew; and four great- grand nephews. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. She will be laid to rest in Kennesaw, Georgia, alongside her beloved brother and sister-in-law.
May Rose's legacy of care, kindness, and dedication continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
