Ruth Rodrigues Obituary
She was born in Fall River and lived most of her life in New Bedford. She was formerly employed at Bristol Electronics until her retirement. She loved being with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Edward Rodrigues and his wife, Connie of New Bedford; her daughter, Darlene R. Rapoza and her husband, David of New Bedford; six grandchildren, Michele Leahey and her husband, Paul, Todd Rapoza and his wife, Cheryl, Thomas Rapoza and his wife, Amy, Rebecca Mutnansky and her husband, Matthew, and Ryan and Gretchen Rodrigues; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Lima and her husband, Danny of CT and Rita McVey of Fall River; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William and John Heap and Cora Marrama.
In accordance with her wishes there will be no calling hours.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Monday at 10 AM followed by internment at Pine Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Rock Funeral Home.
