Janie, I had the greatest pleasure and honor to work with your son. I hired him as he graduated from UCSD to help my tape drive research project which he was a key contributor. I just learned his tragic passing and truly devastated . Ryan was a great individual a great person and I always think of him as a close friend .

I did not know Dr. Taylor but you have my deepest sympathy. I was compelled to write because I lost my brother (age 41) to brain cancer on oct 27, 15; his passing is still so fresh in my heart. I so understand your grief, lose and now emptiness of a man you all loved dearly. I will pray for your family as I know from experience, that has helped my family and I get thru. GOD BLESS!
