Sam was my teammate for all 4 years of high school. I will never forget her grit and determination she had on the court and how she played with her whole heart and nothing less. I also loved how funny and easy going she was off the court and in school. My favorite thing she did is when she would shout my name in the halls like she was angry with me, then when I responded with "what?" she would just start laughing and say "nothing", with a huge smile on her face.

I never had the pleasure to meet Samantha but I´ve known her mother Michelle almost my whole life. Her sister Mandy was my best friend since we were 3 years old. This family is incredible and my heart breaks for Michelle. My heart hurts so bad for Michelle. I hope Michelle gets all the love and light she deserves. Like I´ve said before we are here for you Mama. You are incredible. We planted a tree in Samantha´s honor just like I did for Mandy so many years ago. Love you always.

The first time I met Sam was when I was picking up my son freshman year. She was a sophomore, and they were playing tag in the parking lot. (Lol, I definitely let them know it wasn´t safe.) We were a new family to PPCS and Sam was so welcoming. I was so excited to met her! She continued to be such a friendly face to see when I was at the school. She always welcomed me with a smile, a hug, and some great recent pics on her phone. I admired the way Sam stood up for people fiercely! She defended her friends and others who were treated poorly. She was truly a light reflecting our Father! Aloha Sam

Sam always made me smile. Never did we have a boring moment together. We always were laughing and running around in the school halls. She was my biggest cheerleader and best friend. She was and still is the color to my world. I love you Sam, always will

Whenever I would help at the school. I would just see her smiling in the halls lighting up everything around her. I never saw her without a smile.

there was never a dull moment with Samantha, she was my best friend. Samantha always knew how to cheer me up or make me smile on the days that felt harder. I remember staying up until 4 am laughing til our stomachs couldn´t handle, or trying to whisper and not laugh so we wouldn´t get in trouble. My heart is torn, Samantha was the sweetest most genuine person i´ve ever met. I am forever blessed that she was apart of my journey, forever thinking of you & missing you sam. I was so excited to see you this summer just like we had talked about. Rest easy my love

Samantha always had such a beautiful smile on her face. A smile that lit up the room. Such a sweet soul who will never be forgotten and her presence will forever be missed. May she fly with the angels. Rest in Paradise baby girl.
