Sandra Jo "Sandy" Thompson

Sandra Jo Thompson, also known as Sandy, passed away peacefully in her home early on January 8, 2024, at the age of 73 in Fulton, NY.
She was born on January 5, 1951, in Mobile, AL.
Sandy was a beloved mother, grandmother and sister

Sandy is survived by her two daughters, Sandra Lee Sorrell Twitchell (Jeremy) of Keystone Heights, FL. and Katie Jo Sorrell of Sebring, FL.
She was also a grandmother and cherished her two granddaughters, Savannah Lee Koontz and Shannon Brianna Koontz, as well as her three grandsons, Kody Hayden Koontz, Sebastien Blanchard and Maxim Zinkand.
Sandy had two older sisters Brenda Booker of VA. and Gilda Carroll of VA.
Sandy shared her life and lived with her long-time partner of 27 years Terry Stacy of Fulton, NY.
Sandy's late parents, Mother; Ruth Ester Fulton Roberts March 11th 1927 - March 21st 2013 of Roanoke, VA. and her Father William Robert Roberts of Florida a Military Veteran.
Sandy had many other be loved family members, Sandy will be deeply missed by her family and the ones closest to her.

In honor of Sandy's life, a private Celebration of Life will be held with her immediate family. There will be no public services. Cremation services done on January 15th, 2024 by New Comer Cremations & Funerals, of North Syracuse, NY. This intimate gathering will allow her loved ones to remember and celebrate the beautiful moments they shared with Sandy.
