I knew Sara Ann was gone and confirmed it last week. I met her years ago at a gathering for the Tampa Bay 48 Hour Film Challenge and we immediately started off by discussing Oliver Sach. We shared so many fond memories, tears, and tragedy...

I met Sara Ann as "Sally" when she was singing in her beautiful soprano voice at a church in Overland Park, Ks. She became a good friend and we processed and helped each other through some of life's joyful and rough times for many years. I feel grateful and appreciative for all of the good that she contributed to my life including her allowing me to take Sophia and Steph out for fun activities on some Tuesday nights when they were young. God speed on Angels wings my Dear Friend and may you dwell in God's Light and Love evermore!

Sara Ann was one of my personal heroes. She was feisty, she was funny, and she was quite frankly, fantastic. She had a strong sense of right and wrong and she didn´t suffer fools gladly. I admired her spirit, her strength and her unfailing lust for life. She was confident, courageous and outspoken. My boys and I truly loved her and I can honestly say that wisdom and friendship that she shared with us will stay with us forever. She will be sorely missed and never forgotten. Cheers to you my dear friend xoxo
