Sarah Jasmine Munro:
Passed away suddenly at the age of 22 years. Much loved daughter of Kathryn. Cherished granddaughter of the late Roy and Alene. Loved niece of Dave, cousin of Tyla and Nikita. In lieu of flowers donations to "I Am Hope" would be appreciated and can be made online at www.iamhope.org.nz/donate. Messages to the family, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. A celebration of Sarah's life will be held at the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, entry via Gardiners and Wilkinsons Roads, Harewood, on Saturday, March 25 2023 at 2.30pm.

Sarah, you are such a beautiful ray of light and everyone will remember you barefooted, skirt flowing and beach waves crashing as you ride along the beach. I first met Sarah several years ago when she responded to an ad I placed wanting someone to help ride my horse Jasper! (something that I had never entrusted in someone before) Sarah showed up with her warm smile, quirky humour and huge heart! Despite Sarah being soo young at the time, her manner put me at complete ease. Jasper put her through her paces that day which only made Sarah more determined, she said she loved his spunk lol from that day on Sarah and Jasper formed a great bond. She would come and go as she pleased, go on adventures with him and loved him as if he was her own! Over time sarah soon became a huge part of mine and jaspers lives. She was truly a saviour to the both of us! She was an remarkable young lady who was a natural with horses (esp with mine as she called it `spunk´ of an attitude horse!
I will forever be grateful to Sarah and will cherish our friendship and the love she had showed Jasper and I. Sarah made A huge positive impact on both our lives and she will be missed dearly!
Ride free Sarah -thank you for all the memories, you will always be loved!

she taught me adventure, showed me soul connection. i see her in everything, the hills, the horses, the chooks, the snails. hear her in my music - she introduced me to most of it. i feel her in adventure, she brought it out from inside me. my life right now is owed all to her. she is one of the most beautiful souls i have ever been so lucky to have been intertwined with. she brought out so much from inside me back then, taught me who i could be, who i wanted to be, who i was. i would not be the same person if i hadn´t known her. rest easy beautiful lady, too soon
