On Sun., Aug. 3, 2003, Sarah, age 71, of North Versailles Twp., beloved daughter of Katherine (Hartford) Fusca of Swissvale and the late John Fusca. Wife of the late Fred J. Mariano Sr.; loving mother of Angela (Michael E. Sr.) Turkowski, of Penn Twp., Fred J. "Butch" (Mira) Mariano Jr. of VA and Dean J. (Jenn) Mariano of Pgh.; dear grandmother of Erin, Michelle and Michael E. Turkowski Jr., Sarah and Malia Mariano; sister of Joe (Lola) Fusca of Swissvale, John (Dolly) Fusca of Monroeville, Tina (Jim) Suley of Forest Hills; also numerous nieces and nephews. Friends received ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding,Tuesday, 2-9pm. Service in the funeral home on Wednesday at 9am followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Colman R.C. Church at 10am.

MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY IS WITH YOU IN THIS TIME OF SORROW. I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL WED. ABOUT SARAH'S DEATH OR I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. SHE'S IN A BETTER PLACE NOW WITH FREDDY.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a wonderful woman. I am privledged to have been able to care for her at Magee. She made a big impression on me and I will always remember her fondly. Please let me know if I can help you with anything.

I will miss you more than words can say. You have always been there for me-unconditionally.

I know that the angels have led you straight to the "GATES OF HEAVEN." You are now at peace and with Uncle Freddy.

Always stay near to me-I know that you will. I love you with all my heart, and you will always be a piece of my heart."Thank you" for being a wonderful part of my life. I will cherish every memory of you forever! Rest in Peace Aunt Sarah!
