Dear Calvin, Stacey, and families,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I remember her as being beautiful, creative, and loving. I looked forward to your birthday parties, Calvin, because your mom would decorate and make deliciously themed Birthday cakes - my favourite was her spice cake. She had a way of making motherhood look so easy. I remember how much she cared about you both.
May you find comfort and peace in the memories you share. God bless!

Our sincere sympathies to Sharwin's children and grandchildren, to her mother Shirley, to her brothers and sisters and extended family of the Sheen and Pawliuk families. I am praying that your faith will help you through this very difficult time. I pray that you will find the strength to get you through your grief and sadness.
In thinking about your loss, I would like to leave you with the oft quoted words of the poet Ellen Brenneman, We can't know why the lily has so brief a time to bloom in the warmth of sunlight's kiss upon its face before it folds into its fragrance and bids the world good night to rest its beauty in a gentler place. But we can know that nothing that is loved is ever lost and no one who has touched a heart can really pass away because some beauty lingers on in each memory of which they've been a part.

Sharwin was my very good friend. My husband and I had good times with Sharwin and my husband's friend at Waskesiu Lake, SK. Sharwin and I spoke on the phone regularly. She was a gentle and kind person. She loved homemaking and all that came with it. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. I know she missed her husband. You are in a better place my dear friend Sharwin. I will miss you very much.

The Keeper
Here we all stand
No need to ask why
Here at the edge
Of the final goodbye
The moment the last breath
Was slowly released
The forces that bound you
Finally ceased
Putting an end to all of your fears
We will never really be too far apart
Memories of close childhood years
Are protected within my heart
Be happy, be peaceful, please smile
In the place where your soul is now free
I won't see you for quite a long while
But our memories are safe within me
