Steve Rice was a man of integrity. My daughter Tara and I spent many years at his home with his family. New Years traditional dinner is something he taught me and I´ve never missed a year since then. He helped for people, he helped, he came from a great family. We had so much laughter and this will be my first year to not hear from him with his Christmas cards. I hope he and my late husband have met and are swapping stories. I´ll be missing both this year.
My sincere condolences for the loss of Steve Rice and all he left behind. Thank you for the memories and please know how much you were loved.

We grew up together, I loved when we were all swimming in the back yard and Uncle Charles would make ice cream for us. We had a blessed childhood with loving parents. You will be missed.

I have fond memories of the times we spent together as kids in LaMarque. It seems like yesterday! Stephen was an important part of those memories, as the Rice family took me under its wings and made me a part of it. Stephen was as much my little brother as anyone. My heart smiles remembering his wonderful sense of humor and the twinkle in his eyes. My soul knows he is in heaven with his daddy. My everything aches for those he left behind. My never ending love to you all, Bonnie, Deborah, and Chuck.

He was such an amazing man!! Here up with this man like a father to me. He will be greatly missed and is so seriously loved. Love you daddy-o. I remember one year at the Honda drop him making the curve and taking a handle bar thru the chest and surviving like it never happened he was such a strong survivor and definitely a man you could look up to.
