Suddenly on 9th October, aged 54 years.
Loving husband of Shelly and daddy of Matty and Becky.
He will be very sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral ceremony at Banbury Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday, 22nd October at 11.00am.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired for the British Heart Foundation, c/o J & M Humphris,
32 Albert Street, Banbury, OX16 5DG.
