Steven Nicholas Garrett Wheeler

Steven Nicholas Garrett Wheeler, 31 years old, died Thursday 7/16/2020 in Fond du Lac Wisconsin. Steven was born in Baltimore, Maryland, later moving to Virginia, then Wisconsin. As a child he loved sports and was very athletic. He participated in karate, played baseball, and loved playing football. As an adult, Steven's true happiness in life was his daughter, Jaiden. He adored her and wanted to spend his time with her. He loved to take her to the playground, play games with her, and loved being outdoors. Being her father was his greatest joy. Steven was a loving and trusting person. He was very empathetic and forgiving with other people. He was always willing to help and eager to make people happy. He had an infectious laugh that made everyone smile, and he loved being with people. He loved and just wanted to be loved. He will be deeply missed. Steven is survived by his daughter, Jaiden Wheeler, wife Alicia Wheeler; mother Alisa Wheeler; brothers David Garrett, Kevin Garrett, and Danny Miller; grandparents JoAnn Parton and David Schimmel; uncle Mike Hallberg; aunt Julie Schimmel; cousins Hannah, Nathan, Rebecca, Addison, and Emma (Hallberg); nieces: Laura Davis, Kassidy Sweigart, and Destiny Miller; and many other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his birth father and mother, David and Geraldine Garrett, sister Kim Miller, and aunt April Hallberg. There will be a small family service.
