Sylvia DUCHARME Obituary
(nee Puscas)
Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2017 at H.D.G.H – Dr. Y. Emara Centre surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of Jerry. Devoted mom of Jay Ducharme (Maggie), Karen Battiston (Jeff) and the late Martin Ducharme (1986). Cherished Nan of Philip, Marc, Danielle, Joshua, Matthew and Zachary. Survived by her loving sister-in-law Claire Birch. Predeceased by her brothers; Dan Puscas (Connie), George Puscas (Joan), Bill Puscas and John Puscas. Sylvia was a dedicated O.R. nurse from the Hotel-Dieu (Ouellette Campus) Nursing Class of 1959. The family would like to thank Dr. Aoun and the staff at H.D.G.H. – Dr. Y. Emara Centre, Dr. Dante Morassutti, ICU and Neurosurgery staff at Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette Campus and Dr. Randy Holloway and his staff for their outstanding care and compassion. Also, a special thank you to beloved sister-in- law, Claire Birch and friend Mabel Rivait for their steadfast love and support. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Sylvia's life with family and close friends will take place to remember a wonderful wife, mom, Nan and friend. Arrangements entrusted to

Dear Jerry and family.
Sylvia was such a loving and caring lady.She was one of my sister Girl's best friends so I had the pleasure of knowing her all my life.Also babysat for her and Jerry when they lived behind Edna's restaurant..she loved her family very much and always was very proud of them.She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.God Bless you always.
