DABROWSKA _ Ursula Elizabeth (nee Wuenshe) With the loving care of the wonderful palliative care team at Christine Morrison Hospice we sadly announce the peaceful passing of our Mother on March 28, 2006, after her courageous battle with cancer. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children John (Jane), Mark, Eva (Vadim) and Rita, grandchildren Zachary and Emily, brother Norbert (Valtraut), sister Zigrid (Manfred and children) in Germany, cousins Koti and Olis in Poland, and many friends throughout the world. Mom was born in Gdansk, Poland. After the war, moved to London, England and married Richard. Immigrated to Canada in 1955, was actively involved raising her family and many charitable causes. Dedicated to the service of the Lord, Mom spent 35 years of her life as an Evangelist and Missionary traveling around the world, throughout Africa, India, Australia, Poland, Israel, Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Asia. Mom was courageous, creative, and compassionate with a great love of children, animals, nature, gardening, and music. Her sense of honor and genuine loving spirit touched many lives. Her commitment to helping others was unparalleled. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Winner and the staff at the MSA Hospital in Abbotsford, Dr. Wing Chiu, Dr. Gurjal, and Dr. Leung at the Surrey Cancer Clinic, Doctor Castillo, Dr. Rubio-Veliz and Dr. Fraire at the I.M.A.C. Clinic in Mexico, Dr. Potter and all the nurses and staff at the Christine Morrison Hospice. Viewing and prayers on Sunday, April 2, 2006 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford. Christian funeral service, followed by a reception, will be held on Monday, April 3 at 11:00 am at the Abbotsford Pentecostal Assembly, 3145 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to gratefully thank all of Mom's wonderful supporters who donated so generously throughout the years towards her many mission projects.
