Victor Raymond Anderson, aged 83, peacefully passed away on August 13, 2025, in Harlingen, Texas. Born on June 19, 1942, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he was the son of Grace (Larson) Anderson and Arthur Raymond Anderson. Victor grew up in Clarkfield, Minnesota, where he began his career working in his father's grocery store. The family later moved to Willmar, Minnesota, where Victor graduated from Willmar High School in 1960 and continued to work at the Super Valu Store.

Following high school, Victor relocated to Minneapolis, where he remained in the grocery business. It was during this time that he discovered a passion for Drag Racing. He became a devoted racer, driving a dragster and traveling across the United States to compete.

In 1971 Victor married Cheryl Zelinsky. The two shared 54 years of marriage together. He continued his career in the grocery industry until his retirement in 1997. After retiring, Victor moved to Tamarack, Minnesota where he opened a Small Engine Shop. He also enjoyed traveling in his RV, embarking on many wonderful adventures with his wife by his side. In 2019 he moved to Harlingen, Texas and loved living in a senior community.

A devout Christian, Victor had a deep love for the Lord. Victor is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Cheryl Anderson; his son, James Guse (Lori); his grandson, Devon Guse; and other beloved members and friends who will cherish his memory.
