Wendy MACKENZIE Obituary
Wendy Elizabeth:
Wendy passed away peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice on 7 June 2023. Loving mother of Marcus, adored daughter of Dr Ron Mackenzie and the late Shirley Mackenzie, much loved sister of Fiona, Alistair, and Andrew. Fabulous aunt of Willie and Nina, and Hannah and Lilly. A celebration of Wendy's life will be held at The Pines on Monday 12 June at 11.00am, 50 The Esplanade, Houghton Bay, Wellington.

I met Wendy many years ago when we both worked together as Staff Nurses in A&E Christchurch Hospital. She was so much fun, mischievous, clever, caring and a wonderful nurse. I´m so sorry to hear of her untimely passing, and I send my sincere condolences to those near and dear to her, especially her family.

Wendy was a treasured neighbour - forthright, fun and friendly - we shared stories of caring for aging parents and a few others on the side - we miss her already - she won´t be forgotten -
