(Bill) - Dorothy and family would like to thank all the family especially James Maclees, Laurence Tabner and both families in Scotland.
Elizabeth, Joe, John, Terry and families in Canada all sisters, sister in law's, brother in laws, nieces, nephews, all grandchildren and partners, all friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss.
Special thanks to Doctor Barker, Doctor Chadwick, District Nurses and all staff at Library House Surgery.
Special thanks also go to all Doctors, Sisters, Staff Nurses, Care Nurses, Macmillan Nurses, Simon Walker and all Volunteers at St Catherine's, Lostock Hall, Preston, Doctor Williams, Doctor Reed, all staff at Rosemere Cancer Centre, Royal Preston Hospital.
All Doctors, Nursing staff at Chorley Hospital especially Mr Matenhelia. Special thanks to Bill's friends John and Margaret Harding, Michael and Ann Haddon, Audrey Howarth, Elizabeth Humphrey all the Southworth Family, all friends at St. Peter's Club.
Finally thanks to Father Drain for his prayers and words of comfort, staff at Masonic Hall, Anthony Livesey and staff at B. Livesey Limited for dignified funeral arrangements. God Bless you all
