Dear Rose. I hope this note gets to you as a few weeks have passed since Bill left us. I was with some people tonight who also knew Bill and they told me "isn't terrible about Bill Vatsis". I have to tell you I argued with them as I did not believe it. I guess I missed the notice in the paper that day. I came home and checked it out on the web. Rose I am so sorry to hear. I remember so fondly the Friday nights, every Friday, when Lana and I would come to the restaurant with our family. I remember the wonderful evening we had at our cottage where I was going to tell Bill how to cook a Brisket. I think he ended up teaching me a thing or two. I am so sorry we lost contact over the last few years. I really enjoyed Bill's company and we always shared stories about our mutual friends. Please accept these belated condolences. Lana and my thoughts are with you remembering the good old days. Stephen and Lana Tanner (Staples)

Dear Auntie Rose, and kids,

We lost a wonderful man. There is a special place in my heart for Uncle Bill. No one could make me laugh as much as he did. I will cherish every single moment we had especially the Chuck E cheese and Canada's wonderland trips! I know he is in Heaven making God laugh!
