Zachary Schnitzler Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Aug. 22 to Aug. 24, 2023.
Milwaukee - Schnitzler, Zachary David

Passed peacefully on Monday, August 14, 2023, at age 43 of pancreatic cancer. Loving husband of Sharon. Cherished son of Margaret (Margo) Schnitzler (Kuczynski) and Michael Schnitzler, brother to Jamieson Schnitzler (Melanie), uncle to Cooper Schnitzler, grandson to Frank Schnitzler (Betty), and Edward and Ruth Kucynski

He was also loved by his in-laws, Mary Ann and Robert Mergener, brother-in-law, Steve, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2-7 PM at Lulu Cafe in Bay View, where he and Sharon have been community members for over ten years.

Born at West Allis Memorial Hospital, Zach attended Riverside High School. He loved Milwaukee, where he worked at several restaurants in the city and was a creative and vibrant part of the community as an artist and musician. His kind soul and welcoming personality warmed the hearts of many, and he will be missed by all who knew him. May his beats and art continue to inspire us.

My deepest sympathies to the family. This is so heartbreaking. May Zach's legacy live on through his music and art and wonderful stories shared by his wife Sharon.
