Michael Trese Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Cherry; daughter, Andrea ten Danne, and granddaughter, Alanna, of Denver, Colo.; son, Tim, and his wife, Tracy, of Pullman Wash.; grandson, Mike, of Waco, Texas; and brother, Joe, of Newcastle, Ind. He is predeceased by sisters, Susan and Nancy, and parents, Joseph and Mildred Trese.
Mike was born in Detroit and married Cherry (Wassink) Trese of Adrian in 1971. He worked at her family's business, Stevenson Lumber, prior to moving to Florida in 1978 and was active in the Adrian Rotary Club.
Mike's life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Viera, Fla. You may sign his guest book at beckman-williamson.com.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Trese Family Scholarship Endowment at Michigan State University (find at givingto.msu.edu/gift/).
