FRANCES SIEGEL Obituary

Frances B. Siegel, of Orangeburg, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on June 21, 1999. She was 82. Mrs. Siegel was born on March 26, 1917, in New York City to Max and Miriam Brezner. She married Paul Lowengard in New York, NY. He died in 1956. She remarried Julius Siegel in New York, NY. He died in 1974. Mrs. Siegel retired in 1964 as a secretary for the National Information Bureau. Showing constant love and devotion to her family and loved ones, she is survived by her daughter Juliet Stiebeck; her sons, Joel Siegel and Elliot Siegel; and grandchildren, Paul Sowell, Craig Sowell, Justin Stiebeck, Chelsea Siegel and Samuel Siegel. A period of mourning will be observed at the Stiebeck residence Wed-Sun. Funeral services were held Wed, June 23, at the Sanctuary of Abraham and Sarah in Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to United Hospice of Rockland, 18 Thiells Mt. Ivy Road, Pomona, NY 10984. HELLMAN MEMORIAL CHAPELS 15 State St, Spring Valley, NY (914) 356-8600
