Egiziaco, Rosetta

Rosetta Egiziaco, a lifetime Yonkers resident, left her Earthly life to join her husband Anthony in Heaven on Sunday, November 10, 2013. She was born to parents Elizabeth (Gardella) and Louis Castagnoli on November 25, 1936. She is predeceased by two sisters, Margaret and Betty Lou and one brother Marco. Rosetta attended Yonkers Public Schools and later went on to become a Teacher's Aide in the Yonkers Public School System for over 25 years. Rosetta was a loving mother to Louise (Michael Tozzi), ToniAnn, Anthony and Louis (Eileen Walsh). Her grandchildren, Joey, Gina, Jimmy, Rosie, Julie, Lucca, Chrissy, Bella, Jeannette, Sophia, Anthony and Barbara; were the light of her life. Nothing brought her more joy or happiness than being around her 12 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Rosetta is survived by two brothers Michael and Geno and three sisters Antionette, Barbara, and Florence. Friends may call the Sinatra Memorial Home Inc. 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, N.Y. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Barnabas Church in Bronx, N.Y. on Thursday 9:45AM, and interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Yonkers, N.Y.
