All of us at the Hastings Historical Society who worked with Benny are greatly saddened by his passing. He was a friend and enthusiastic supporter of several of our historic projects, which he planned with us, installed and landscaped. His memory will live on in our little village.

Just learned of Benny's passing. Very shocked and saddened. We were his customer for many years. His daughters were classmates of my daughter. A very kind and generous man and a good friend. He will always be in our thoughts and prayers.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Benny's recent passing.
Like many of us on my block, I have known Benny for a long time, having been a client for 30 years.
I always looked on him as a friend too, and was cheered by his jovial energy whenever we met, comforted by his willing strength, loyalty and helpfulness in all things .
His kindness, generosity and good humor to me and my mother were unfailing, and I will miss him so very much. I share the heartbreak of his dear family and all his friends to lose such a wonderful man.
I will always remember Benny with special fondness and gratitude for the many years I was lucky enough to know him. May he rest in peace with the angels.
You have my deep sympathy in this very sad time.

It was a pleasure to have known Benny. He worked for us for many years, and was always friendly and kind, hard working and conscientious. We shared many stories, and he always spoke lovingly of his family, particularly of his wife and daughters. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Our sincere condolences to his friends and family.
