Stephen Davies Obituary
Stephen M. Davies age 59, passed away June 10, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. Stephen was born June 28, 1954 in Mt. Kisco, NY. He had resided in Rockland County for over thirty years and was the owner of S&S Window Cleaning. Stephen was a member of the Faith Christian Assembly of God Church in West Haverstraw, NY. where he found solace and good friends. As a young man, he enjoyed baseball, fishing and skiing more than he enjoyed homework. He had a passion for, the New York Knicks and music especially "The Blues ".and he attended many Allman Brothers Concerts. He is predeceased by his wife Janine "Jan" Davies. He is survived by his loving family; his son Sean Davies, his grandson Tristan Davies, sisters Linda Davies and Denise Tedaldi, brothers, Richard and Philip Davies. He is survived by his lifelong friend Jason Rosa who was a blessing to Stephen, who stood by him through the joys and sorrows of life. Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the George M. Holt Funeral Home, 50 New Main Street, Haverstraw, NY. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday evening with Pastor Anthony Allen officiating in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Faith Christian Assembly of God Church, 20 Wayne Avenue, West Haverstraw, NY 10993.
