AGE: 88 • West Harrison
Vincenzo Fusca, of West Harrison, passed away on August 9, 2016 after a long illness. He was born in Catanzaro, Italy to Francesco and Caterina Fusca He is survived by his wife, Katherine (Bova) Fusca of West Harrison, his daughter, Rosemary and son-in-law Vito Cirioni, and his grandchildren, Carla (Michael) Chiara and baby Vincenzo, Frank, Vito V. (Joanna) and Andrew. Dear brother of Theresa Cafagno, Flora Casarella and JoMarie Porcelli, sister-in-laws Anna Maria Fusca and Sue Fragale. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving son Frank P Fusca, sisters Rose Fragale and Maria Sciortino, brothers Beniamino and Isidoro. Vincent arrived in the US in 1949, met and married Katherine in 1951. Vincent worked hard and loved his family especially his grandchildren. He would have been overjoyed at the recent birth of his first great-grandchild. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 5-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday at 10:00 am at St. Anthony of Padua, West Harrison with entombment following at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY.
