Fern Beard Obituary
Beard, Fern L. Wolfe,
91, of Ramsey, died Friday, February 5, 2016.
She was formerly employed at the old Hurst Miles Store in Corydon, was a loving and dedicated homemaker, and was a lifelong devoted Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edward and Frona Fern Fravel Wolfe; her husband, A. Henry Beard; and her brothers, Rev. James S. Wolfe and Rev. Wayne Wolfe.
Survivors include her children, Betty L. Sams (James), Dennis R. Beard and Roger L. Beard (Kim); her grandchildren, Weldon J. Sams (Nora) and Brandon R. Sams (April); and her great grandchild, Kelvin Roggeveen-Sams.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woods Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday.

I just wanted to say I will miss you, I remember all the times that you and Henry used to come over the house and surprise mom and dad they were so happy to see you both. we would walk around the yard talk about all the plants in the flowers ,and you know your mom .she always had to have a start of a plant that she did not have. you will truly be missed
