David J. Husson
June 14, 1952 -- November 9, 2012

LOWELL -- David J. Husson, 60, of Lowell MA, died at his home, after a courageous battle with cancer on November 9, 2012.

David was born in Lowell, MA, the son of the late Camille and Jennie (Ucewicz) Husson. He attended St. Patrick's Grammar School and Lowell High School where he graduated in 1970.

Early in his career, David was involved in the local music scene while working at Metro Music in Lowell.

A talented artist, David worked in Architectural capacities as a young Assistant City Planner for The City of Lowell MA, and later at B&M Railroad in Billerica, MA. David's Artwork and Illustrations were published in many well-known Magazines such as "Yankee Magazine" and "Reader's Digest."
He is survived by two sisters, Nancy Tafe of Lowell, and Karen Hopkinson and her husband, Gary of Dunstable; a brother, Joe Husson and his wife, Debbie of Atkinson, NH. He was the loving Uncle to Ms. Kristen Hopkinson, of Dunstable, MA; as well as Lauren and Michael Husson of Atkinson, NH; in addition to several cousins in the Southern NH and Merrimack Valley (MA) Areas; as well as his loving Cat "Sugar."
HUSSON -- DAVID J. HUSSON, of Lowell, died November 9, 2012, in Lowell. Friends and family are invited to the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., Chelmsford, MA on Wed. at 8:00 a.m. with a Funeral Mass at 9:00 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 115 Middlesex St., Chelmsford, MA. Burial to follow at Central Cemetery in Dunstable, MA. Just today I learned of David's passing. My deepest sympathy to the entire Husson family. David's family meant the world to him - he spoke highly of all of you. David's deep love and respect for all of you came through in every conversation I had with him. I always looked forward to seeing David and always thought he was a nice, nice man. I'm grateful to have known him.
