Chelmsford will certainly miss Fran! I am so sorry for her family's loss.
My oldest daughter who is now chief of staff for Senator Barry Finegold had one of her first political experiences working for Fran when she ran Deval Patrick campaign. Thank you Fran for helping her in reaching her dream!

So sorry for your loss. Fran was a great mentor teacher to me when I began my teaching career 18 years ago at the McAuliffe Elementary School in Lowell. I will always remember her kindness.....
